Hiring form:
? Contract term is 3+3 year
? Allowing to apply for establishment if rated as deputy senior title during the incumbency (except for the associate professor when enrolled)
Salary:
? Enjoying the national salary and other benefits like the same level staff on campus
? Subsidy for renting is 2,000 yuan/month (3 years)
